Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics

In our belief, Science is human wisdom distilled to its most optimal forms.

Science branches out into sub-branches when specific knowledge and expertise are required to conquer a certain dimension of Science. Examples of Sub-Branches include Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geology and alike branches that use the scientific method to explore, discover and validate through experimentation! With time those branches now are extended to many layers of sub-levels of knowledge. Thus Science is unlimited and new branches of studies and research at different levels are created by human all the time! Think Inventonomics the latest branch of Science that deals with “Inventing and Inventions ” in systematic ways (just born but crawling now!).

Technology is the application of scientific findings to develop recursive tools (tools used to apply back to scientific development) and to human life simplification and improvement. Engineering is the craft of using Science to architect, and create the technological tools, and solutions. Note that we use the “E” for “Engineering” not “English” as STEM is human language independent!

  • Mathematics is the next level of wisdom in the sense that it allow us to think, model, simulate, formulate, synthesize, and represent the contents of all the other sciences, and non-sciences, in an abstract World. We then apply  Mathematical tools (e.g Algebra, Geometry, …)  to the objects mapped to math representation to derive new knowledge about those objects. The new derived knowledge can then be applied to those objects in real life to address human needs. And the cycle of progress keep spiraling up!
  • Here’s an example.

Take bacteria for example, a mono-cellular animal that can do good and bad things to humans. We don’t know how many types of bacteria exist let alone the bad from the good. However, so far humans have encountered many types and figured that most bacteria problems can be treated by fungus derived remedies, known as Antibiotics. Say we encounter a new bad bacteria, B. Using the Math Probability tools, and Statistics branch tools, we can assess how likely is the use of Antibiotics effective against B. Thus we can make decisions about a new thing just by applying Math and what’s already known about bacteria we encountered before! Think about modeling buildings, designing new products,  processes and deciding before ever wasting any resources to making the actual thing.

So, besides training us to think optimally at higher levels of Wisdom, Mathematics, gives us tools, like Algebra, geometry, probabilities … to extend our ideas to phenomena, once modeled mathematically, and solve the extensions in the abstract world before the Real World!

Mathematics is also allowing us to extend existing known sciences to unknown sciences. We may call this divining! Most of our knowledge about the Universe where we are is derived using Mathematics applied to observed scientific data (check the Standard Model)! Isn’t that amazing?

In summary, we think Mathematics is the most optimal representation of Knowledge. Since Knowledge is Energy, and the Brain being a Thermodynamic System, that’s why when people use their brains (think rationally) we say they are “empowered” because power is the use of Energy (knowledge) through time.

This makes Mathematics nature’s way of conserving Energy as in (1st law of Thermodynamics). Thus human beings didn’t invent mathematics but were led to it by Mother Nature as it’s necessary to understand and survive in our known Cosmos.

Mother Nature uses us as its ultimate machine to conserve energy through the use of mathematics to get, store, represent, and use World knowledge so that we keep her evolution going!

There’s no Sciences without Mathematics and no species survival in our Cosmos without Sciences.

This why we want to devote ourselves to the wisest way of enabling our fellow hubes and our future generations through STEM components.

Our Team has knowledge across the different component of STEM adaptable to different levels of hubes at different phases of their lifecycle (pre-teens, teens, adult, super-adults, etc). However, we typically need heads up a ahead of time to adapt not just the content but the way it’s going to be taught based on the target learners.

Our approach to knowledge transfer is based on our belief that understanding is a function of the 7 tools hubes use to learn anything, which are: [Conscious Thought, Subconscious Thought ] brain functions, and the data acquired the 5 Sense devices [Sight/Vision, Hearing/Auditory, Smell/Olfactory, Taste/Gustatory, Touch/Feel/Tactile ].

We call it the 7-D (Dimension) Methodology!

In the 7-D Methodology, the more Dimensions used to teach/explain a Knowledge entity X the better understood it would be.  Calling the Dimensions [ Tc, Tu, V, A, O, G, T] we can represent any knowledge in the 7D space. So if we are teaching/explaining, a concept X1, and it can be represented to the learner in different forms, we will try the different representations until the learner understand it. Possible prepresentations of X1 as a function of the different Dimensions include

X1 = f(Tu) it’s innate knowledge,

f(Tc), or X1=f(Tu, Tc,V), X1=f(Tu, Tc,V,O), X1=f(Tu, Tu, ,V,A,O), X1 = f(Tu, Tc,V,A,O,G), X1=f(Tu, Tc,V,A,O,G,T).

There are other combinations of the hubes learning devices to present X1.

Of course the dimensions can be ordered in the most appropriate and logical way for faster and deeper comprehension. These natural dimension used in learning can be extended by different technological devices extending a given sensory organ or many at the same time.

Ultimate learning can use Augmented Realities to immerse the learner further into the environment of learning as well as usual human sense extension tools (HSET) like microscope, telescopes, all the modern sensor-tech panoply.

At this point Engoders isn’t using AR but rather sharpening the NLDs methods.
